3.2 Google Forms

In this section, you are required to submit 1 links and 1 screenshot as evidence of your learning.

Share your Google survey as a link. This survey should include:

• at least 3 question types, such as multiple choice, dropdown and linear scale
• at least 2 sections, including title and description
• picture or video
